At the beginning of the start of our B&B we find giving information very important, both concerning the B&B as well as hikes we organize. Since the beginning of 2023 we therefore also work together with WAIKY ADVENTOURS ( https://waikyadventours.com  )  in Arequipa, they are specialized in trips/hike of our 3 volcanoes in Arequipa. Always with an experienced guide, for 1 or 2 days. All these hikes I have had the pleasure to experience myself and if desired I go with my guests.

We organize various day or multi-day trips for our B&B customers. Always work according to your wishes. We offer very special Hiking, from one hour to multi-day. For example, a hike of 25 kilometers from Mirador de Los Vulcanes (5 km high) to Yanque. A tour that few people will know or have experienced. Below are short descriptions of some day trips /hiking /horse riding and quad biking in the area of ​​the Colca Canyon, and Arequipa. We also organize tours in the city of Arequipa. You get to a place where most tour sites don't go. You will then discover the real Arequipa!

Of course, we also go to other cities! How about visiting Puno (2 days) visitlake Titicaca, Cusco (5 days) and Machu Picchu, Paracas (2 days) Enjoy the sea, go boating and see seals. Ica (2 days) Ica is now known particularly for its wine but also for its huge sand dunes, formed by the winds from Paracas, and finally also for Lake Huancachina. The latter is a natural oasis about 4km outside Ica in the middle of the sand dunes. or Nasca (2 days) with its Nasca lines, Lake Salinas (1 day) in Arequipa, The Salinas tour is highly recommended as it is a salt lagoon and a salt flat unique in Peru, a visit is an unforgettable experience when you come to Arequipa. Majes (1 day, (Arequipa area) known for its Pisco and Wine, and of course the centuries-old petroglyphs. Or how about climbing  on of the 3 vulcanos? Arequipa is located at 2335 m and surrounded by 3 volcanoes: Misti (5822 m), an active volcano, Chachani (6075 m) and Pichu Pichu (5664 m), with an experienced local guide? Full Description
Enjoy an early morning from where you will travel to the incredible Colca Canyon. After arriving in this natural habitat of the giant Andean condor, you'll begin your day touring this incredible area. Stop for lunch in the charming town of Chivay and travel through Andean villages before reaching the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint. Once there, walk to the viewpoint and see the views of the surrounding landscape. Cross the Patapampa Pass and admire the beautiful flora and fauna of the area, where you will also see the peaks of the Misti, Chachani, Pichu Pichu, and Ampato volcanoes. After the tour, you will have the opportunity to go to the La Calera Hot Spring. At the end of your tour, you will return to the B&B where you can enjoy a dinner if you like.

ASCENT TO PICHU PICHU - SUMMIT MONTE BLANCO DURATION:

 

1 day DEPARTURE TIME: 2:00 am RETURN TIME: 6:00 pm Meeting point at the agency Waiky Adventours, Santa Martha 101, intersection with Jerusalén.

 

We leave Arequipa to the slopes of the Pichu Pichu volcano (4250 m.a.s.l.) approx. From this point we start the ascent through a rocky area and coloured earth for approximately 5 hours to the summit (5550 m.a.s.l.) from where we will observe some volcanoessuch as: Misti, Chachani and we will also have a unique view of the Salinas lagoon. After a prudent time and already recovered we will begin the descent with an approximate of 2 hours towards the point of beginning, returning in our mobility 4x4 to the city of Arequipa.
